MTN ARE *******

Very disappointed with MTN, it clearly shows that professionalism is<br> the last thing one should expect...that after making an account<br> payment at Alberton city on the 17 June 20115 was then amazed<br> when it didn't reflect on my account statement...then I was told<br> that I have been handed over to the legal team...for a nonsense<br> mistake that was made by them...that even after showing a proof of<br> payment to the store manager...my complaint has been in<br> vain...MTN contracts are a straight *******...R1350 payment not<br> showing at all, even after bringing a supporting documentation from<br> the bank confirming my payment...had even sent an email to<br> customer menager and was told to wait 8 day for a response but it's<br> been more than 4 months now still in vain...no response or anything<br> of some sort...never thought MTN could be such ******* after<br> all...the level of service is so poor that I even thought I was at in a<br> Pakistani tuck shop...people should be aware of your ****s...be<br> carefully guys...MTN will rip you off<br> -- feeling ****ed off.
