MTN ARE *******.

I recently took out a new phone contract with MTN. They have deducted more from my account than was originally agreed upon and have not credited my account with any data or minutes as agreed upon in my contract. I have tried calling 3 separate branches, and the phone just rings. Customer services do not reply via email and tell you to call a mechanised number that leads to nowhere.
