MTN ARE *******

THIEVING ***** COMPANY. They stole R13949.00 from my 90 year old grandmother. In May of 2022. It is 6 months later with enough calls to the ***** line and emails to the legal department to write a book about it all. I have dealt with the manager at Constacia Village who responds with little or no answers for this case and said that it will be a “problem” getting the money refunded. The funds were taken from my grandmothers account without her consent. They put they money back into her MTN account, meaning… now she can call for decades to come? How absolutely bizarre and careless. Neither the manager or head office have been of any help. How a company, local to South Africa, not even a foreign business. How can you ***** that kind of pension money of a 90 year old woman that needs funds to live off of. Such a disgrace. The owner of MTN should just quit the business while they can.
