MTN ARE *******
These people are ****** *******. Since 2004 I've had my contract with MTN. I went into a store wanted a phone THEY GAVE ME ALL THE PAPERWORK TO SIGN INCL. INSURANCE FORMS. debited my acc every single month WITH NO HASSLE. I cancelled my contract in Feb 2015 but the insurance was still being paid for. Now MTN has the nerve to tell me since i do not have a contract with them i am no longer an MTN client and blatantly sending me from pillar to post to claim from insurance.I DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHO THE INSURER IS BECAUSE MTN DID EVERYTHING. These people are ****s they ****** suck you dry and when they get from you what they want they leave you hanging. They can't even get people to contact you via PHONE and instead hide behind emails to which they take years to respond... I AM SERIOUSLY G@TVOL!!! WATCH HOW LONG THEY TAKE TO RESPOND TO THIS. DAMN ILLITERATE ****S
Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns with MTN.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as a result of the breakdown in service delivery.
Kindly note that the MTN stores are at liberty to sell insurance from third parties, and not just MTN insurance. This is what happened in your case, and the best way to see who you were insured with is to check the debit order on your bank statement - if it's 24 Hour Mobility, they can be contacted on ***.
