I have paid in the amount of R 2956.63 on the 26th of June 2015 to MTN after receiving numerous threats via sms that you will suspend my account. My contract is still not sorted out and after you admitted you were in the wrong. No one has bothered phoning me. I received this incomprehensible mail from a person that does not make sense to me. Last night you deducted R4595.34 from my bank account. For the past two days i do not even have internet access!!!!! I do not get response from you unless I use this medium. I refuse to phone 808 again and speak to a temp because your managers are all on strike. You will not get one more cent from me. Thanks for the new phone that I bought from you. You breached this contract MTN. You can now suspend my account. Me and you, we are done.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
We have now perused your account and see that the package migration that was done with the upgrade failed.
We can confirm that the package has since been corrected and we've now taken a decision to credit the additional usage/packet switch data call charges on the invoice dated the 11th of May 2015. The amount we've credited you with is R1602.89 incl. VAT.
Once again we do apologize for the breakdown in service experienced.
