MTN ARE *****S AND COMMIT ***** AND ***** YOUR MONEY

I have had it with MTN's useless and *********** behavior. i have been with them for years now and they simply cant do their work! My Bill has been R 1279.99 for 1 year and 6 months and then all of the sudden someone in MTN commits ***** on my account by adding an extra handset to my account WITHOUT MY CONSENT! I have reported this about 6 times already and they just keep on sending sms's telling me my issues have been resolved. this is bull****!! on the 1st of November they debit R 1773.77 from my account (R493.78) more then it should be and then 4 December R 1526.88 (R 246.89) more then they should. which totals R 740.67. i upgraded my sim only on 1st of December to MTN sky which is R499 a month with prorata they take on 2 Jan R 674.41. THEY ARE USELESS DONT USE THEM I SHALL SEE WHAT MY BILL IS END OF THIS MONTH #FFS #USELESS****S
