MTN are *****s

The worst customer service ever, i have been phoning MTN to resolve a contract problem but they just keep on putting me through to someone else who can not help me. The contract that i upgraded to is not the same as what i'm receiving and now they cant help me, but at the end of the month they want their money otherwise they cut you off. I think i must just give it over to a lawyer and see them in court, but im sure not that will help even because they don't care about there customers only about money. I'm very disappointed
