mtn are *****s

I emailed you customer care cause you can try for years you will never get through to your call centre, no response still, so I visited MTN Clearwater, Tsepho kindly assisted, he advised that we were being billed incorrectly from the time we took our new contract, and that he logged a call , we have not had feedback since Saturday. Why are you ripping of customers , im so over mtn will somebody sort my account and then tell me what it costs to cancel all my contracts with mtn, Tsepho even told us that every Nashua mobile customer complained about mtn, just goes to show how useless you are. I wish Nashua mobile didn't have to close so I wouldn't have to deal with your incompetence.
