MTN are *****s

<p>Good Morning</p> <p> </p> <p>I am highly disappointed and disgusted with MTN’s billing on my wife’s contact with them. Starting August 2015 when it was open we could never understood why the paying amounts are much more than the contracts we took out. We investigated and asked the necessary questions but it was always refer to what we have done as customers, like purchasing excess recurring data. But June month was the ultimate, when we received a Bill of R5855.15, where our contract is only supposed to for phone 1: R399 , phone 2: R199, Laptop: R689 and recurring data of 3 x 3gig: R990, that comes to a total of R2277. What we have found that the amount of recurring data shows on statement 10 x 3 gigs of data, which is not the case. As a test I called the store on the 15 July asking them to add a 10 Gig recurring data of the amount of R650 on my number and when I view the statement this morning it shows that I have been billed 2 x 10 gigs that was not the case. MTN are ******* and wants us as loyal customers to pay for stuff that we not even purchased. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER.</p> <p> </p>
