MTN are *******, they have no integrity or care for customers.

I am so fed up of MTN debiting my account for a contract I don't have, last year September we inquire about a central they had on promotion, when they finally responded they sent us the sim card that was not working, we have been sending emails calling to despite we have been sent from department to department. Empty promises have been made to cancel the contract as the SIM card is still not working but they keep debiting. We have even reversed the debit order but they keep coming back with different reference numbers. When we final found someone they said the person who helped us is no longer working for MTN. But this person keeps forcing to stay the contrast that never worked in the first place. Our emails are being ignored daily. They have just rented again today. I am so furious because this is the worst customer service, theft and miss use of customer trust.
