MTN are the worst service providers out there horrible

Mtn is the worst people to deal with 2 months since I went to ther store to cancel ther ****ty month to month contracts after a month the shop consultant told me that he cant cancel it I must call mtn And I did after they put me thru to many diffrent departments only to tell me I must go back to store and again store consultant told me he cant cancel it I must call I was furious and went back to store and throw the router at him and than he gave me papers to fill in another month after msg calling for feed back nothing and today when I called again it was told my month to month cancellation was rejected who the hell are these people foolling and again after 2 months of horror services they tell me I must go to store again to fill out forms people be warned abt these people
