MTN are the masters of apology and no action

Peter, we nearly got action from MTN but ended with an apology again. MTN are masters of apology, I had so many apologies from MTN but thats where it ends. After my previous report I got an answer from MTN with an apology but no further action. How can one get action from MTN??? Its now nearly 6 months and nothing has changed apart from being send from pillar to post and abundance of apologies. I have now reported this matter to the ombudsman too due to the lack of action from MTN. I have now reached the end with MTN. Is the only alternative now to open a court-case against MTN?? Whats the next step? We have exhausted all the means to us to try and solve this matter amicably. I have asked Jean who responded from MTN on my previous report to contact me but to no avail.<br> HELP HELP HELP!!!
