MTN are the biggest ****** in this country!!!! STAY AWAY BECAUSE THEY WILL ***** YOUR MONEY

Have had a account with these ********s for 3 months. We have lte with them month to month. It's R500 a month. The first month was fine until the debit order date was done wrong and it we where told the internet is off because we didn't pay. Since then we have been paying via eft on the 25th of every month, because of their mistake with the debit order day we had to pay R1300 the second month for some apparent late fee... they never switched on our internet.... they then told us they will sort it out... we paid again this month and phoned them the day we did, gave and told them it's for December.... it's been two months and still no internet. I've spoken to consultants, like 50 of them. Mtn has spoken to me over Facebook, I've emailed and even gone in to the shop. They keep telling me they are logging a ticket and they will get back to me.... but nothing!!!!! They can see by the proof of payments I've sent countless individuals at the company that we have paid but they are just doing nothing. They are blatantly *****ing from their customers with absolutely no shame!!!!!! I will not stop, I will get my money back!!!!
