MTN ARE *****STERS!!

Mtn allowed a *****ulent account to be opened in my name. When i picked this up i was told to get an affidavit and send supporting documents to dispute the account. On the 1st of August i sent the email, and have been following up for over 2 months and each time i am told that someone will get back to me but this never happens!!! It was very easy for you to open the *****ulent account, but now you are finding it hard to clear my name???? i have incurred bank charges each time i reversed the debit orders!!! The case number i was given is SR ***. I have now started receiving calls from your debt callers telling me i owe?? what is wrong with your people???? i demand a response right now, and you had better clear my name i have never had arrears on any of my accounts !! contact number ***
