MTN ARE *****STERS

I was ****med a month ago by MTN staff members, these people had all my information, as well as information of my family. I called MTN and advised them of the OTP **** immediately and they requested some documents. On the 28th September I sent all my information they requested, 1 month later still noting happening with my dispute. MTN has given *****sters access to their system as well as access to all their client information, yet they take no responsibility for their actions. I asked to speak to management who are always on calls, they promise to call back and guess what that never happens... As a long standing MTN client I have done all the work to get my dispute sorted. MTN has done absolutely nothing to help even just to get a manager to speak to is a mission. Apart from this being frustrating this has certainly damaged my perception of this company. They just don't care! I am not going to take responsibility for their behaviour and will not pay a cent to them until this is sorted!
