MTN ARE *****STERS

I have called a number of times cancelling my contact and requesting my number to be moved to prepaid no one seems to care, is this how MTN makes their millions because it's sad that you want to forcefully keep me on contract when I have been saying I don't want it anymore, I have requested to be called back since beginning of this month till today no one has andif my account is debited or this affect my credit report I'll definitely take this to the ombudsman.
