Mtn are slack nd don't communicate aswell as errors in amount owing

I'm absolutely appalled at mtn my contract is off im just barely a few days in arrears nobody made contact with me or anything to make arrangements to pay I can't contact them at all none of there numbers work and they only reply via email with enormous amounts in the thousands claiming me to be in arrears wen im only a few days late with my R360 payment they have crashed my credit record aswell yet no contact can bd made and they don't bother to make contact they don't respond to my complaints and a request for assistance im over mtn the worst network ever
