MTN are sharks

My wife has been due to upgrade for the past month. She told MTN that she wants to move over to my network provider as the had better deals on the phone she wanted. The operator she felt with with was very helpful and nice. So she wanted a rose gold iPhone which they said they can get her one if she waits 10 days, so she waited, 10 days later still nothing,. After 3 weeks they tell her they have one and they will send it. A week later the phone arrives and it’s black. So she contacts the operator and complains. They send her a screen shot showing that they don’t have rose gold and can’t get and she can return it. Hoping that because she’s been waiting for over a month that she will just accept it. They already activated her new contract and the helpful operator couldn’t be bothered. They could have just told her they can only get black from the beginning. I am so p”@!ed off and don’t know what to do as MTN is useless and pathetic!!!
