MTN are ********

Mtn are a bunch of ********. Please stay far away from them.

They do not understand the concept of a top-up package and give the account holder a false sense of comfort that the package is a top-up package. The reality is that anyone holding the phone can increase the limit using USSD codes. (A *****, a hacker., anyone who is using the phone and is not tech savvy can accidentally increase the limit after being prompted by mtn).

My account number is A*** and my limit was increased from R600 to 16 000. After many many calls and enquiries I am simply told to pay. Because the USSD codes is more powerful than a signature or a recorded phonecall. This is the response from MTN.

MTN managment and staff are in cahoots with the ******** in order for them to make up for revenue lost in other countries and are now preying on our weak consumer protection laws to further cause further indebtedness to the hard working south Africans.

Stay far away from MTN. They are moral delinquents and ethically bankrupt.
