MTN are ********

I bought a phone 5 months back on contract at MTN. I have asked the guy who was helping to limit airtime and data hence the phone isn't mine, I won't be able to monitor it. He said it's limited only to find out it was not limited. Come month end they say I owe R9870.00. I was not able to pay that. The following month I was double close to R20 000. They have blocked the SIM card and all other contracts I have with them. I have tried to rich out to their Head office but they are not answering the phone. MTN makes money by force they **** people. The guy who signed me in says he doesn't know what happened with the system, according to him he limited the SIM card.
