MTN ARE PATHETIC AND *******

Pathetic customer services in all departments, from customer care to Retention department to Billing departments.

After a 1 hour call to MTN, I still have no resolution after my contract was due to end of upgrade, with 1 month notice I canceled and changed to a smaller package yet the previous contract amount debited from my account WITHOUT the benefits and then being told next month I would be debited the same amount of R1609 but the new contract is meant to be R269 for minutes and data. Each department giving me completely different explanations and 1 departments even saying I was in arrears yet my bank account gets debited monthly for years.

Absolutely pathetic services. I'm done with MTN and will be changing to a different network going forward.

Please be weary of MTN as they are theives.
