MTN are PATHETIC

Reference Number: 281849 refers. MTN have debited the incorrect amount from me and are giving me the run around as to refunding me. Every Customer Care agent that responds to my query is giving me different versions. Surely the entire team cant be that ***********.

The matter is simple, MTN debited R540.00, my debit order amount is supposed to be R250.00 – I WANT MY REFUND. I also don’t want the same R540 to be debited please.

Perhaps you should cancel the debit orders so I can pay via EFT as clearly your system is not capable to processing the right information.

This is pathetic!!!!!!
