Hello.

My contract with MTN ended in July 2024 and I went to the shop to confirm cancellation, but to my surprise I was added to a month to month contract that’s even more expensive than my initial one. It’s been months of struggle trying to cancel it. They keep charging me every month for something I don’t even use. Do I need to go to the Ombudsman to get help??? DON’T USE MTN.
