Dear Mtn I used to have a sim only data contract with you. I enjoyed years of the best service from you guys. Then after upgrading my contract,..From day one of upgrading I was unable to use the contract. I complained to customer service MANY MANY MANY MANY MANY times that I was not receiving any service and they always said they are having trouble with the tower. after 24 months of paying and not receiving any service I had the choice to upgrade again or cancel the service. I called in and transferred the sim to prepaid so I could keep the number and cancel the contract. and I was advised that the contract was over and that I will no longer we charged, yet You continued to take money out of my account for months after and after 6 months you tried to take out R2600 from my account. Now I cant get a loan to do fix my house because you say I owe you money. Please fix this. I am exhausted with talking to your call centers as they are not help
