mtn are ****mers

I signed up for MTN Superflex, a month-to-month contract. To my surprise, I was debited the following month but received no services on my SIM card. I contacted MTN, and after waiting for a response without any changes, I followed up the next day. They gave me a reference number, which I still have, but nothing has been resolved. When I called again, I spoke to a consultant who couldn't even answer a basic question for me. It's okay to admit if you don't know something, but she wanted my email to escalate the issue further. When I asked her about the difference between her email and the previous correspondence, I didn't get a clear answer. I've been charged for a service I can't use. This experience has been extremely disappointing. #MTN are ****mers.
