MTN are *******. My account was debited twice, when l phoned requesting a refund, lm given a run around. The customer service agents dont know, how to do their jobs, they cannot answer simple questions. Supervisors and managers dont exsist. MTN are becoming ****mer. I am still waiting for management to contact me
