MTN are lying *******s who will leave you stranded in foreign countries

Signed up for a contract and specifically stated that I need international roaming. I’m currently in Europe for a month with no international roaming. My fees for this month are paying for absolutely nothing. Had to buy a SIM card I Europe so I had connectivity. Ended up in the middle of a mountain Croatia as a result of having no connectivity. Have messaged MTN via the guy who set my contract up and various web forms and had zero response. South African cellphone companies only exist because each one has customer service as terrible as the next. Useless. Filling this out in the hope I can shame them into finally acknowledging that I exist. Thanks for nothing MTN.
