MTN are ***** & pricing/billing is ******ionate
Received an sms to purchase a Mtn sim card& receive R200 airtime. So I went to MTN Store @ Reservoir hills mall to find out if it was true & I was told it was legit so my husband Purchase a Sim card almost 3 weeks ago & he still haven't received the airtime. I try to call the call centre & end holding on for 40 minutes at a time! I don't have time to waste. I also get airtime deducted from my balance for no apparent reason, ****** expensive network & don't stick to what they say. Also extremely poor contact centre management, You'll be lucky if you ever get a hold of an operator.
