MTN ARE ***** AND *******!!! MTN TYGERVALLEY USELESS AT AFTER SALES SERVICE!!!!

MTN's service is so DISGUSTING I would like to give them 0 stars. I am so sick and tired of being stuffed around. I did an upgrade on a contract which included an optional add-on of R99 per month for an extra 1G of data a month. After 2 months of paying the R99, in addition to the new contract fee, I noticed I was not getting the extra 1G of data. When I enquired from MTN why that is, I was told they have removed that option. It is no longer available. But they are happily taking my money, and not giving me the data without so much as informing. MTN -YOU ARE A BUNCH OF *******. when I queried this and asked how it could be resolved, I was advised they can credit me. That was not the point. I specifically took that contract because that was an optional extra which I needed. How can they after 2 Months change their minds and take it away. According to them, they can change the conditions of the contract. But nowhere in the contract I signed did it say they can take away the optional Add-on. that is breach of contract. That is non-disclosure. that is a legal issue. I have been trying with MTN Tygervalley branch to resolve this for about 3 weeks now. Their manageress, Suzette Germishuys, is never available. She and her junior manager admitted to me it is wrong, but they do nothing to resolve it. When you ask who you can escalate it to, they don't respond. Their after sales service is disgusting. All they want is your money, and to lock you into paying a contract which they can renege on at any time. I want answers MTN, and your branch manager at Tygervalley is avoiding me, knowing you are at fault. Had I known you would do this, I may have taken out a different contract with a different option. The consumer protection act also has to be informed. MTN are ************s and *******. PLEASE READ THIS AND DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOUR CONTRACT MEANS NOTHING! THEY ***** YOUR MONEY AND THEN YOU CANNOT GET ANYONE TO RESOLVE IT, OR EVEN TELL YOU WHO YOU CAN SPEAK TO IN ORDER TO RESOLVE IT. THEY REFUSE TO ESCALATE< BUT THEY AVOID HELPING YOU. THEY ARE USELESS!!!
