MTN ARE *****

Let's start at the beginning. When opening my MTN contract in Jan 2019, I had requested that R50pm credit be loaded onto my account (over and above the R900 i was paying) as I needed to have these funds available to purchase bundles should any of mine run out. However, I tried buying a voice bundle on 17 April but was given a response that i had insufficient funds available, even though i had not used any of my R50 additional credit. Therefore, I called the call centre to find out why this was happening, where i was advised that this was never initiated when i took my contract and that there was nothing that could be done to help me, as my account was still in it's Nursery phase ****erally 1 day before this phase could end) and that i would have to just make do without connectivity but advised that they did submit the credit increase request to the credit dept.

On 6 May 2019, i called in again and requested that my R50 be made available for me to use. I was then told that it would take 24-48hrs before the credit dept will send me an sms on whether it was approved or not. I explained that i had done this last month but once again i was told that no one could assist and that the only solution they could provide was to load minutes onto my account as a once off purchase, whilst my request for additional funds was being reviewed.

Today, 2 months after my initial request, i tried to purchase a bundle but received the same god damned error message that i do not have sufficient available funds. I then called the call centre to try and understand how where Vanessa Mduli, advised that the credit has been approved but there was no increase on my account limit. I then explained that i had requested this months ago and that her response that i need to wait 2 - 48 hours for a response was not acceptable and that i need to speak to a supervisor. She then put me on hold for a few minutes only to tell me that the Supevisor, Sam Ndunge, is on another call and will call me back at 1pm. However, i have not received a call back. Instead, i received a sms (ref 1- ********** 5964) stating that my query has been resolved. based on this sms, i tried to purchase the bundle again and was yet again given the error message that i have insufficient funds.

Completely done with this back and forth! You guys claim that you are the best network in the country so please back it up with action
