MTN are *** give really bad customer service

My wife has been trying to get ahold of the guys at MTN with regards to her upgrade that was approved over the net online by MTN online, with regards to a tablet she was approved for the upgrade on the 18th of June and as yet to date she still has not gotten any feed back on this the guy who she is emailing has not rep**** back to her since the 18th and nobody at the customer care line can help her as well I think this is rather ****ed up from MTN and I will be taking them to the consumer council if this matter is not sorted out i would not recommend MTN to anybody from today and I think we will be canceling our contracts with MTN as well . the guys name at MTN is Thuso Morobe from the upgrade department at MTN this is rather ***.
