MTN are ******** and *****ing my money

MTN is just a bunch of professional *******. They are still feeding themselves with my money even after my 24 month contract ended last year. I was told to submit documents because my contract had been upgraded **********ly, obviously by THEM and i did that but they still won’t terminate my contract. I’m tired of being told the matter has been escalated while in the meantime debits are flooding in.
