MTN are ********** and don't give good service

I am very disappointed with MTN been big customer with them for 10year but they could not assist me with ***** case they did with my account with them, They upgraded my contract without my knowledge on September I just saw debit orders going through I called the MTN callcentre I spoke Mapulang Chala on the 10th January she sent me pillar to post she said will log me a case and send me a refence number till know I have not received anything then I called after two day to make a follow up spoke Nthokozo Dube told my story said just sent Mapulang an email and will call me to check up if she rep**** me with a reference number, she never called me this very annoying because my number has been suspend and was told they can't open it!!!

WHAT MORE MUST WE DO. THIS IS UTTER BULL**** THERE IS DEFINITELY SOMEONE NOT DOING THEIR JOB. I AM GOING TO TAKE THIS UP FURTHER BECAUSE THIS IS UTTER NONSENSE.

IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE. LOOKS LIKE MTN DOES NOT NEED OUR BUSINESS.
