Mtn are **********

It’s been 2 months since I upgraded one my contract sim and now on my other data sim I being charged over 1000 every month for a subscription I did not agree to and every time I call the consultants keep sending messages that the matter has been closed. I have asked for recording because now Mtn is saying that I owe them 3000. I can mtn charge for data that I did not sign up for. Now I want to cancel and I’m being told that I can’t cancel because I’m owing. On the 17 of November 2020 one of their called me to give a new 60G special for R299 for 24 months till this day I have not received my contract but they keep billing me for this ridiculous amount I didn’t sign up for.
