Mtn are **********

I closed my accounts with mtn on the 12 of October 2020 but every month they still debiting my account which has now affected my credit rating. Every month I phoned them to understand why they still debiting my account, and every month I said emails which get ignored. If it was me not paying them by now I'll be black listed but because it's them, everything is fine, they can abuse their powers to do any damage. They care less how this affects your life, whether you will not qualify for a house, loan or any kind of credit. The only time they act professional is when you are about to get into a contract with them after that, they show their true colors. What they forget is that they need us customers to survive, without customers they nothing but still they abuse us. The day will come when more customers are realizing that they have the power to shutdown mtn for good. I'll pray for that day.
