MTN offer such poor service. I renewed my contract in February and their useless staff did something to my Sim card and I cannot receive any calls. When I queried this, they say I need a Sim swap and that I must pay R150 for this. How can they charge me for something they broke. Avoid this company. They will break your service then charge you to fix their errors
