Mtn are desperate *******

<p>I went into bay side mall in table View personally to give my one month notice to cancel my contract, only to be informed today that it has in fact not been cancelled and i therefor will continue to be billed . I have the the paperwork and ref no to prove that it was cancelled, clearly proving the error was with Mtn staff incompetence. This is not the first time I have been de*****ed by this company ,I had problems in the beginning with my handset contact which was supposed to be pay as you go but some how incurred R 800 in data charges because their staff forgot to close the limit, but I see this is not uncommon. I can't understand why this company continues to operate with such impunity, it's shocking, stay away from Mtn contracts.</p>
