MTN are ******

MTN closed my account and handed-over my account to Shapiro Shaik Defries. I made arrangement with Shapiro Shaik Defries and about to settle the account. now MTN reactivated my account and now I owe them again. Can a Handed-over account be active at the same time? I clearly stated to Shapiro and MTN that I don't want the account.
