Mtn are con artists

Shame on you Mtn. We all know that your company is struggling, but you are a bunch of *****. My cellphone contract ended, and when I made the last payment I told the consultant to convert the number to prepaid, and I also asked if everything else is fine, to which the consultant responded 'yes'. So to my surprise, a few months later I get a call from Shapiro Associates, telling me about my account that is in arrears. Apparently I owed a R100, key word 'apparently'. So I asked, why wait 8 months to notify me about this R100. Your workers have no s****s, your company should close down as robbing people is not the way to go, I hope everyone realises how **** you treat clients. I will not be paying a cent to you or your buddies at Shapiro Associates, you are a disgrace, and I hope that people see this before they fall trap to your con business.
