MTN are *******

I have an MTN debit order that is supposed to go off every month, which it does. Yet every couple of months, they send me a statement saying I am behind in payments and then they take double the normal amount. This has been going on FOR YEARS. And I am totally done with them. I can't believe such a big company has such pathetic problems.
