Wish i could give it negative stars I was with this horrible internet access provider left them and cancelled my month to month home wifi not a contract and they still deducted money 3 months after the last the cancellation about a year later I noticed money was still leaving my acount in odd numbers like a 160 here and a 250 there and it seamed odd phoned the bank they tell me its a debit oder from this **** company immediately phoned them no its for insurance on the rooter

Great asked them to cancel it end of the month comes money leaves my account again same story its been a year now of going to the stores asking for cancellation sit hours on the phone with their absolute ass whipe of a customer care line to try and cancel the so called insurance and yet again after multiple in store,online emails with confirmation that it has been cancelled and numerous phone calls money spent on fuel and airtime the money left my account again
