MTN are a waste of space

I do not believe how companies in South Africa will always find a way to break it. MTN have stopped sending me invoices for my 2 contracts, when I request my invoices for July/August 2020 they send me a statement for June/July, when I call again i get sent a message with a red banner saying DANGEROUS, i move the message to the inbox folder and when I try to open it i Get " That didn't work and sorry could not find you in the MTN sharepoint. This is the reason I do not contact them unless I have to as they are totally ***********, backward bunch
