MTN are a useless mobile company

Our rural community has been without a signal since 14 January 2023, and despite numerous complaints, MTN haven't fixed the problem. MTN is our only means of communication, no other service provider covers our community. This dispite the tower being in an area serviced by an armed response company, paid for by MTN's customers. The tower has never been vandalised, as the community look after it. MTN has no excuse for this
