Mtn are a mess

I was browsing through my credit profile on clear score ,and I noticed that mtn has reported me for a missed payment . I am on a debit order ,and they have debited my account every month without fail ,I am dumb founded that this kind of error can be made ,without my knowledge or any kind of notification . If this is how you treat your faithfully paying customers, I definitely won't be renewing my contract . Clear score should also be verifying this information ,they have lost total credibility with me.
