MTN are a bunch of *****

Since the beginning of this year I have been trying to cancel my contract. I thought I did and yet MTN still debited my account. Once I informed them of this they agreed to refund me my R2200 but to date have not done so. I get copious emails stating the matter has been resolved but I am yet to get my refund. I am not calling 135 again. They are useless, and that’s when they answer the call or not drop your call mid way.
