I upgrade with MTN Direct last Year July 2017, My upgrade was done by MTN Direct Johannesburg. I am still waiting for my Cell phone to arrive. I have call the call center many times with no help, I even called MTN Head office they could not help me. I have Emailed the Legal Department and I have attached an Affidavit. MTN are a bunch of **********, I want to cancel this contract.
