MTN are *******

Please can someone explain to me something? My account was -555 at the beginning of October with payment due on the 22/10/2024. I made a payment on the 25th of October cause that's when i get paid. I made a payment then of 800 to the account. Then i get an email saying i still have to pay 58 extra. Already then my math tells me how does it go from R-555 to R858 all of a sudden if under normal circumstances it would be R858. I then paid the R58. now i get another ****** email saying i must pay another 800 on the same account that I just again paid in full. Or what I deem as overpaid. And this is something i tend to do is to overpay a bit on my account. So is MTN now in the game of *****ing money? Do i need to report you to ICASA? I have every single proof of payment that i have made to my account and I am not scared to use it in a fight.
