MTN are *******!!!!

I am an existing MTN customer and app**** online for a wifi with a router. Went through the steps to process the order and proceeded to pay the amount required. The payment went off my account but MTN cannot find the order or the payment.

I am very unhappy with this service as I went in store to take out the month to month wifi contract, only to be told that 3 other shops around them including this store does not have stock. I got told to do the order online as they were also not supposed to do these contracts at the end of the month due to their financials that the store has to do on the last day of the month. This is why the very unhelpful and unprofessional consultant referred me to do the contract online only for MTN to ***** my money. I also got told that he cannot cancel the current month to month contract I have and that I have to phone your very unhelpful 135 number.

My 15 year contract is due for renewal in January 2025 and if this is the way MTN wants to conduct themselves, I will cancel my contract.

Sort this out as a matter of urgency as MTN is at fault here. Not me and I will not be allowed to be inconvenienced.
