MTN ARE ******

A lady called me last year in October as I was due for an upgrade, I told her I am not upgrading my phone but would like a sim only deal with all-net minutes. She told me the deals they have no minutes only deal, but can offer me a data and minutes deal. I agreed, until the debit date came and I noticed that the debit was more than 3 times what I agreed to. I have been calling MTN customer care for 2 weeks now and their retentions department keeps dropping my call. This is not my first time being ****med by MTN!
