MTN are *********

MTN Refuse to cancel an account which has been inactive for over two years. I sent cancellation in November 2022 which was done over the phone as there is no other way. they promised it would be done. still billing and debit order in April tried again to get it cancelled..... again they apologized and agreed to cancel. as they did not cancel but continued to bill i stopped paying the debit order.. now i have lawyers after me and MTN refuse to cancel a dead line.... ********* behavior!!!
